Multiple veterans outreach efforts to take place in Missouri - The American Legion

Department of Missouri Legionnaires are staging revitalization and veteran outreach efforts at multiple locations from Nov. 3-5.

· Smithville – The effort will take place from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Nov. 3 at Smithville American Legion Post 58, 2607 NW Highway 92 E., Smithville.

· Warrensburg – The effort will take place from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Nov. 4 at Matthews-Crawford American Legion Post 131, 733 E. Young, Warrensburg.

· Sedalia – The effort will take place from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Nov. 5 at George A. Whiteman Memorial Post 642, 2016 W. Main St., Sedalia

Veterans in the area are invited to learn about American Legion programs, the Legion’s lobbying efforts and potential veterans benefits. A veterans service officer will be available both days to assist with Department of Veterans Affairs-related issues and other veterans benefits-related questions, including PACT Act assistance.
