RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- A person with a weapon forced Raleigh Police Department to issue a shelter in place order for the area of Lynn Road and Glendower Road.
A search by officers uncovered that the person in question was threatening suicide. Police determined there was no longer a threat to the community and lifted the shelter in place.
